Job Description
We are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager – Sales overlooking the Jetwing Villa Collection, a range of boutique villas under Jetwing Hotels, Sri Lanka’s premier homegrown hospitality brand. The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams and the respective property teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and success of Jetwing Hotels.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality and travel industry.
- A team player with a pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer literacy including MS Office packages.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- A diploma in hospitality or sales & marketing will be an added advantage.
