Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Greet customers and inquire about their product or service requirements.
  • Ensure availability of customer service agents to handle customer queries and needs.
  • Create and implement customer service plans for broad coverage in the region.
  • Coordinate orders with production teams to ensure on-time product delivery.
  • Address customer queries in person, over the phone, and through emails or ticketing systems.
  • Provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and provide competitive analysis reports.
  • Focus on customer retention for a growing customer base.
  • Manage customer databases for tracking and reporting.
  • Update and maintain customer information regularly.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • GCE A/L qualification
  • 1 year of experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor towards customers.
  • Ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints effectively.
  • Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
