Job Description
Primary job role: The primary job role is to conduct business analysis and documentation for bespoke software development projects. Responsibilities include client communication, requirement elicitation, designing business solutions, and assisting with ERP implementations.
Main duties/responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives.
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data for improvement opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Work with IT professionals to design and implement solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Ensure IT solutions meet requirements and quality standards.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Business Analysis experience.
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and design skills.
- Experience with documentation tools and testing processes.
- Knowledge of requirements gathering procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Management.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in multinational teams.
