Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
- Prepare and analyze documents to ensure accurate cost estimation for projects.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis and provide procurement recommendations.
- Evaluate quotations, negotiate contracts, and monitor project expenditure.
- Prepare valuations, variation orders, and final accounts in accordance with deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve commercial and contractual issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in cost management and construction projects.
