Job Description
We are searching for an individual who can create and organize programs within a company. As an L&D Leader at Bellagio Colombo, you’ll be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy for both the organization and its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Create training materials
- Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations
- Create testing and evaluation processes
- Prepare and implement training budget
- Liaise with outsourced companies for training
- Provide performance feedback
- Conduct continuing education training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HRM Professional Qualification
- 6+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience in training program design
- Strong work ethics and attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Effective communication and understanding of learning styles
