Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Infor in the Sri Lanka Colombo Office.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone and email, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent service.
- Assist users on the Infor Nexus platform with transactions and relationship requirements.
- Monitor payments and communicate with internal departments for client integration.
- Provide training on system functions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of Customer Service or Operations experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English, Hindi, & Bengali.
- Knowledge of EDI/XML, SQL, and supply chain practices.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays on a roster basis.
