Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first contact point for customers, understanding their requirements
- Providing product recommendations based on customer needs
- Passing leads to Sales team with accurate data
- Obtaining client information via WhatsApp and emails
- Ensuring accuracy of customer details and records
- Ability to work per South African calendar
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified in A/Ls
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- A dynamic team player with a positive attitude
- Good time management and communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar field
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus
