We are currently seeking a Front Office Manager for our operations in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Work Type: Onsite | Working Days: Mon-Fri (Shift Basis – 22 to 23 days)
Type of Appointment: Full time
Closing Date: 14.04.2024
Responsibilities:
- Direct and supervise front office staff, ensuring adherence to brand service standards.
- Maintain knowledge of daily operations to enhance guest experiences.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with other hotel departments for smooth coordination.
- Manage front office budget and maintain records accurately.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of Front Office supervisory experience in hotel or leisure sector.
- High IT proficiency and commercial awareness.
- Experience in managing people and excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering high customer service.
