Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Head of Manufacturing. The Head of Manufacturing will oversee production planning, operational excellence, operations management, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in production planning, operations management, and manufacturing in apparel industry
- Knowledge of GMP standards in fashion and apparel
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Drive for operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
