Seeking a full-time Farm Supervisor for our Garden Nursery. Responsibilities include plant care, nursery maintenance, and customer assistance.
Qualifications
- Plant propagation and nursery management skills
- Physical ability for tasks like lifting
- Communication and customer service skills
- Basic plant care knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Experience in organic farming a plus
- Interest in sustainable agriculture
