Job Description
This opening is at a Sri Lanka based IT Company located in Colombo. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible to coordinate and develop marketing strategies, policies, programs, and campaigns and oversee the sales team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Identifies new markets, customers, and evaluates marketing campaigns.
- Develops business plans, sales pitches, and prepares progress reports.
- Increases brand awareness, generates leads, and maintains client relationships.
- Coordinates promotional activities, negotiates contracts, and oversees staff.
Qualifications:
- Qualified with CIM/SLIM or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business Management.
- 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in GSuite and computer systems.
