Job Description
The Job
- Responsible for architecting, strategizing, and building a commercial operating model for retail sales channel via building trust and strong partnership with Distribution partner network / Business Partner Management.
- Responsible for driving regional sales targets by executing business strategies, driving regional targets, and achieving organizational objectives.
- Responsible for executing trade strategies for brand visibility and increasing trade dominance in the region.
- Lead a sales team to achieve growth goals and increase profitability.
The Person
- Degree or Professional Qualification in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing required.
- MBA and CIMA qualifications would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of work experience with 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
