Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources at Lyceum International School, Sri Lanka located in Nugegoda. The Junior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks associated with HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Interpretation of policies and educating / advising stakeholders on the same
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
