Job Description
What is the role?
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to closely collaborate with our growth marketing team and oversee all marketing operational tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with senior growth team members to support marketing goals and targets
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing campaigns to enhance traffic, engagement, and retention
- Handle payment processes for marketing partners, agencies, and influencers for campaign execution
- Onboard new marketing partners, agencies, and influencers to boost orders and revenue
- Provide administrative support, including database maintenance and updates
- Foster operational excellence within the organization and across teams, suggesting more efficient processes when required
What you’ll need:
- Graduates with 1-2 years of experience, with a strong passion for e-commerce
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong quantitative abilities
- Adaptability to fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Proven history of teamwork and readiness to take on tasks
- Proficiency in data entry and documentation
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
