Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Lobby Manager. As the Lobby Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the lobby area, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will handle guest inquiries, manage check-ins and check-outs, coordinate with other hotel departments, and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained at all times. This role is an on-site position located in Colombo District.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
