Job Description
Analysis of in-process and finished product samples (Tablets/Capsule/Dry Powder Injections) following Standard Test Procedure.
Conduct analysis of raw materials and stability samples as per Standard Test Procedure.
Perform daily and monthly calibration of analytical balance.
Calibrate pH meter and conductivity meter regularly.
Sample and analyze purified water, WFI water, and pure steam condensate according to standard procedures.
Adhere to good documentation practices in quality control processes.
Conduct sample testing using UV Spectrometer/FTIR/Polarimeter/TOC.
Prepare SOPs and ensure compliance with Pharmacopeial requirements.
Monitor laboratory stock, glassware cleaning, and overall laboratory cleanliness.
Maintain laboratory 5S system for efficiency.
