Job Description
A leading Healthcare Company seeks an experienced and collaborative leader to helm the HR operations team towards continued success.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide direction and mentorship as a Business Partner for respective sectors/divisions.
- Process Optimization: Drive efficiencies and implement strategic solutions to enhance sector/division output.
- HR Service Delivery: Deliver exceptional HR services to meet internal customer demands effectively.
- Training Coordination: Coordinate and manage training calendars to support comprehensive employee development.
- Employee Relations Management: Handle disciplinary matters and grievances impartially while maintaining confidentiality.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Performance Management: Manage employee performance processes to ensure timely increments and promotions.
- Strategic Alignment: Assist in executing strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives under the guidance of the Vice President – Group Human Resources.
👤 Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: Holds a degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management, with a preference for candidates with a master’s degree.
- Experience: Brings a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing HR operations and managing teams.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Communication Skills: Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with adept relationship-building abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office applications is a prerequisite for this role.
