Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Support Executive at Bamagate.com. As a Customer Support Executive, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering online support to resolve any issues or inquiries. This role is an on-site position located in Colombo.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing technical support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Ability handle customer inquires via FB, Insta, Google
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Sinhala languages
