Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all HR Operations including Recruitment, Workforce Administration, Reward and Compensation
- Play a pivotal role in Employer Branding
- Drive the Employee Engagement and Employee Wellness agenda for the company
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics
Candidate Profile:
- Be a graduate or possess a relevant equivalent professional qualification
- Have 2-3 years of experience working in a managerial capacity in a large organization
- Sound knowledge in labour laws
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills
