Job Description
General Responsibilities:
- The individual must handle all IT aspects for the company.
- Report to the head of operations and coordinate with branch heads on IT matters.
- Identify vendors and manage vendor agreements.
- Source hardware for company/branches.
Hardware Management:
- Set up location infrastructure and ensure physical security, wiring, UPS, etc.
- Configure machines, monitor assets, set up security measures.
- Purchase consumables, provide maintenance during warranty, diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support.
Systems Support:
- Knowledge of required software systems like POS, GL, Word, Excel, and email.
- Hands-on experience in retail sales is beneficial.
- Offer software support to branches, ensure software use compliance and reporting.
- Manage month-end processing, coordinate support tickets with vendors.
