Job Description
Our team is currently searching for a highly motivated and forward-thinking individual for a full-time Virtual Assistant role. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet management, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently complete PDF forms as required by the consultant team, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation.
- Utilize DocuSign to submit forms to clients for electronic signature, ensuring timely and secure transmission of documents.
- Prepare and send templated emails via Gmail to clients, facilitating the submission of completed forms and ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and promptly as each step is completed, maintaining organized records of client interactions and form submissions.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the consultant team in their day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.
- Experience with Gmail and knowledge of how to use templated emails effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiencies:
- A degree in business management or a professional qualification, along with prior experience working with foreign clients.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing correspondence, scheduling, filing, and providing administrative support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with consultant teams or within a similar professional setting.
Salary: The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, paid in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
