Job Title: Risk and Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
- Lead audit activities to identify areas of risk and improvement.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to senior management.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Perform snap audits to maintain accuracy in risk management processes.
Key Requirements:
- Professional qualification in ACCA or Finance/Accounting degree.
- Minimum 5 years’ auditing experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Healthcare Industry or similar environments is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Colombo and suburbs as required.
