🔔 We’re Hiring English Speakers
Are you fluent in English? Do you have a passion for sales and aspire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment? Mix Consultancy is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an English-speaking Outbound Sales Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
We Offer:
- Salary 80,00 LKR + bonuses
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- 2 Days per month paid leaves.
- Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Employee Trust Fund (ETF) are provided.
- Comprehensive Training.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Previous sales or outbound customer service experience (Preferred).
