Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels.
- Hiring employees at all seniority levels at our campus.
- Develop the company payroll.
- Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
- Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members.
- Identify and provide counseling for employees in distress.
- Fulfill and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
- Creating company policies based on the best HR practices.
- Ensure diversity at our workplace.
Requirement:
- Degree from a recognized university in HRM or Professional/Chartered Qualification at CIPM or equivalent Qualification.
- Minimum two (02) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent Computer literacy and analytical skills.
