Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Application Support Consultant – L1 for our Platform team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless operation of our platforms.
Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving application issues, escalating complex problems to higher support levels, and conducting performance tuning to optimize platform efficiency.
Qualified candidates will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. Prior experience in application support and knowledge of troubleshooting techniques will be advantageous.
