Job Description
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Accounting or Finance and possess a full qualification from recognized professional accounting bodies such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or their equivalent. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity is required for this role, with prior experience in the hospitality industry considered an added advantage. Strong technical, analytical, coordination, and interpersonal skills are key attributes and competencies that we are looking for.
- Preparation of Management Presentation
- Conducting Feasibility study
- Debt Control Overseas Sector Hotels (Maldives, India & Oman)
- Monitoring Insurance renewals of Overseas Properties
- Liaising with internal and external auditors, as well as other regulatory institutions.
- Taxation – Overseas Sector hotels (Maldives, India and Oman)
- Studying existing processes and implementing necessary changes while monitoring internal controls and systems
- Generating reports to address management’s ad-hoc demands
