Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our client as Operations Manager.
Designation: Operations Manager
Location: Colombo
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for Management Information reports for the assigned sector or geography
- Capacity planning for competency
- To support the SL in all channels from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Extensive knowledge in resource fulfillment and demand vs supply analysis
- Providing leadership with insights to avoid revenue leakage
- Ensure mobility planning and financial budgeting
- Reviewing hiring requests and managing P&L
Key Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills

Salary Range: 275,00.00 – 350,00.00 LKR
