Job Description
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the following job responsibilities in our Marketing Team.
Responsibilities
- To support the Cards Branding and Promotions function by handling all communications to drive Cards business.
- Planning and scheduling SMS communications to reach the customers.
- Creative designing of E-mailers and dispatching them to the customers.
- Planning, executing, and deployment coordination of Point-of-Sale material.
- Planning and extracting target customer bases for communication.
- Liaising and coordinating with suppliers on artwork, production, and deployment of communication material.
- Updating and maintaining the monthly budget tracker.
- Prepare payment invoice schedules & submit for relevant approval.
- Ensure Cards branding is available at branches and update when necessary.
Special Skills
- Good computer skills especially on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Designing skills such as PSD, Illustrator, etc.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Bank/Financial Institution with hands-on experience in Credit Card product and/or Operations.
- Prior exposure to marketing-related functions would be an added advantage.
Or
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Bank/Financial Institution with hands-on experience in Credit Card product and/or Operations.
- Prior exposure to marketing-related functions would be an added advantage.
- A part qualification in Banking (Completion of four subjects at CBF Level) Or CIM/CIMA/SLIM (Completion of 1st Stage) Or completion of 1 year of a 3-year Degree Programme.
