Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight: Manage financial planning, budgeting, analyze performance, and ensure compliance.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and mitigate operational risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Strategic Contribution: Participate in developing company goals and aligning them with financial and operational strategies.
- Strategic Decision Support: Analyze financial information and provide insights to guide strategic decision making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance Full or Part Qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA
- Minimum 04-06 years of previous experience in the preparation of financial statements in a senior capacity
- Proven experience in financial management, operations, and leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
- Ability to work independently under minimum supervision.
- To Lead and inspire a team to peak performance.
