Job Description
ChampSoft is seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about web development and have expertise in WordPress, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Customize and maintain existing sites for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the design team for user-friendly designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Optimize website performance and ensure SEO practices.
- Provide technical support to team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery.
- Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress coding standards.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
