Role Description:
This full-time role at Janrich Foods Limited, Gampaha District, requires an Assistant Sales Manager for Modern Trade. Responsibilities include modern trade channel management, key account handling, sales planning, and relationship cultivation. Collaborate with teams to create, implement, and monitor sales strategies, ensuring target achievement. Market trend analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting marketing activities are also vital.
Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG or modern trade roles
- Strong grasp of modern trade sales operations
- Great communication and negotiation abilities
- Relationship building skills with key accounts
