Job Description
- 8 years of experience
- Experience as Quality Analyst in Contact Centre environments
- Skills in automating Contact centre applications
- Proficiency in CYARA/Hammer
- Knowledge of Cisco Voice portal and Acquoen
- Test strategy development and test planning
- Manual/automated testing and defect logging
- Technical troubleshooting assistance
- Expertise in IVR testing and UI API Testing
- Test Strategy, Test Cases, QA estimates
- Experience in different testing types
- Support in test planning and analysis
- Methodology experience in Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
- Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud solutions
- Test plans for IVR/Contact center systems
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Experience with onsite and remote team collaboration
- Comfortable with complex architectures
- Effective in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills
