Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by promoting ChargeNet, PowerCell, and CSS.
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns promptly.
- Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team for pre- and post-sales support.
- Gather customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction and key metrics.
Pre – Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven customer relationship management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
