Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Manage the development phase and resources assigned to projects
- Define project plans, monitor execution, and proactively prepare for deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and exceed client expectations
- Provide leadership and support to internal teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Expected Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in IT/CS or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in English
- Strong business acumen
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus
- Experience with foreign clients or HR domain is advantageous
