Job Description
We are hiring for HR related operations department.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in BPO industry/ operational department.
- A graduate or an undergraduate in HR or any other disciplines.
- Good communication & PR skills.
- Good computer literacy (Proficiency in word, excel and creative designing will be advantageous).
- A good team player who is flexible and willing to partner change management initiatives.
- Good leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 to 5 members.
- Stakeholder management through professional communications of meetings, emails etc.
- Contribute towards continuously improving operational processes.
- Handle client and other stakeholders professionally through phone and email communications.
- Overlook system with correct and efficient data input.
