Candidate Profile:
- Successful G.C.E. (A/L) completion
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Proficient in computer literacy
- Ability to handle complex workload, multitask, and meet deadlines
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of import documentation processes
- Handle payment processes effectively
- Facilitate applications for payment processes
- Oversee shipping line interactions and customs duty payments
- Collaborate with banks, departments, and agents
- Ensure accurate shipping document submissions
- Manage shipping guarantee cancellation process
