Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager – Business Strategy and Controlling at one of our clients’ place located in Colombo. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing business strategies, as well as controlling and monitoring financial performance and operational processes. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans, analyzing market trends and competitors, identifying business opportunities, and providing recommendations for improvement. The Senior Manager will also lead a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role in a large organization and sound knowledge of the development and execution of business strategies connected to pricing strategy, margin strategies, and inventory optimization, etc.
- Strong strategic mindset and business acumen
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial analysis and controlling
- Knowledge of business process optimization and improvement
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus
