Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for flawless project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in project planning and scheduling.
- Contractor and subcontractor negotiation skills.
- Review construction drawings, reports, specifications, quotations, and BOQs.
- Schedule and coordinate onsite team members.
Qualifications
- HND or above in engineering, project management, building services, or construction technology.
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in Autocad and MS Project is a plus.
