Job Description
ABOUT THE COMPANY: Our client, The Recruiterz, is a leading local conglomerate with diversified interests. This position is in the Sea & Air Freight Forwarding unit.
LOCATION: Colombo
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare target market list and develop pricing strategies for different customer segments
- Identify business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Visit potential and existing customers regularly
- Manage long term client relationships to achieve desired results
- Coordinate with departments to improve customer support
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Work closely with operations and customer service for seamless service delivery
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Minimum 1-year Sales experience in Freight Forwarding
- Logistics qualification and strong customer base preferred
