Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding processes for clients across diverse service sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory standards in Company Secretary, Financial Services, HR Consultancy, and Research and Business Planning, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes for clients in diverse service sectors.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather required documentation and information.
• Ensure client documentation complies with regulatory standards in respective service areas.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.
• Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential challenges.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline the client onboarding process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Assist management as required in various tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in client relationship management within a BPO or related industry.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
