Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Student Visa Counselor Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of visa counselors and ensuring the efficient and effective processing of student visa applications.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of junior visa counselors, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Oversee the entire student visa application process, from initial consultation to visa approval.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline visa application procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with international educational institutions, embassies, and immigration authorities to facilitate the visa application process.
- Handle complex visa cases and provide expert advice and assistance to students and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visa applications and approvals.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Education, Counseling).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in student visa counseling or migration services.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of visa application procedures, immigration laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
