Responsibilities:
- Financial Data Entry: Accurately recording financial transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts into the accounting system.
- Inventory Management: Assisting in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
- Accounts Receivable: Generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collection.
- Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, verifying billing information, and ensuring timely payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring accurate recording of bank transactions and resolving discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
