Responsibilities

• Financial Data Entry: Accurately recording financial transactions such as sales, purchases, expenses, and receipts into the accounting system. This involves meticulous attention to detail to ensure all data is entered correctly.
• Inventory Management: Assisting in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking stock movement, conducting regular stock counts, and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable: Generating and issuing invoices to customers for goods sold or services rendered. Following up on outstanding payments and ensuring timely collection of receivables.
• Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, verifying the accuracy of billing information, and ensuring timely payment to suppliers while adhering to payment terms.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements with internal accounting records to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Salary – 40,00/- to 50,00/-
