Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Manager-Database Administration at SDB Bank. If you have a passion for databases, infrastructure, and optimizing data management, this role is perfect for you.
Position Overview:
The Manager-Database Administration will oversee database management, maintenance, consolidation, and optimization to ensure smooth operations. They will focus on delivering reliable and efficient data solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of Database Administration experience with expertise in database design, normalization, and performance tuning.
- Relevant certifications such as OCP, MCDBA, DB2, or AS400 are a plus.
- Proficiency in Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and database security principles.
- Experience in backup, recovery strategies, and resolving complex database issues.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills with multitasking ability.
