Job Description
Job Duties
- Accurate documentation on Exports & Re-Exports.
- Ensure on-time shipment approvals & Consolidation shipments.
- Involve in Day-to-day operations with Forwarders & Transporters.
- Coordinating with other departments for organizational goals.
- Engaging in shipping planning & ensuring timely delivery.
- Creating Insurance Policies for Export shipments.
- Preparing required Export reports.
- Coordinating for post shipment processes.
- Pre-shipment arrangements with forwarders.
- Coordinating with planning department for shipment planning.
- Obtaining approvals for shipment arrangements.
- Post Shipment documentation (Invoice/ Packing List…)
- Re-Export & Local shipment arrangements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics
- 1 – 2 years experience in shipping or logistics.
- Understanding of international shipping practices.
- Knowledge of packaging for shipping/delivery.
- Proficiency in shipping software and systems.
- Willingness to learn shipping processes & regulations.
- Willingness to adapt to changing regulations.
