Qualifications:
– Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Team Management skills
– 5 years experience in an Insurance Industry leadership role
– Business Development and Sales Management expertise
– Strong Analytical and Decision-Making abilities
– Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
– Budgeting and Financial Management proficiency
– Knowledge of Insurance industry trends
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
– Relevant certifications (e.g., CII, CPCU) are a plus
