Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements; ensure accuracy in financial records
- Prepare and maintain financial reports like balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting; analyze financial data for cost reduction
- Communicate financial info to management; ensure accounting compliance
- Collaborate across departments for accurate financial reporting
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff, if applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related; part qualified in CA
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Assistant Accountant, proficient in QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent accuracy in financial record-keeping; handle multiple tasks effectively
