Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tax returns and schedules filing, ensure timely payments, and handle tax correspondence with IRD and tax consultants.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, annual, and ad-hoc financial statements.
- Ensure the timely completion of financial audits and tax processes with necessary correspondence.
- Maintain the correctness of the fixed assets registry, ensuring accurate capitalization entries and disposals.
- Preparation, Follow up and Maintenance of Bank Guarantees and bonds related Matters
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
- Mentor and lead a talented finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in senior finance roles, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
