Job Description
We are hiring for the position of IT Assistant at New Champ Company. The ideal candidate will design, organize, and modify the company’s computer systems. They will evaluate and assess systems to ensure effective operation, make adjustments based on assessments, and maintain records.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, AD (Active Directory)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Computer Hardware and office equipment
- Experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software components
- Knowledge of information security protocols
- Familiarity with network setup and security measures
- Ability to manage user accounts
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
