Job Description
The Job:
- Process accounts/deposits opening, closing, and updates, ensuring completion of all necessary documentation.
- Accurately process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Handle customer inquiries on account balances, transaction details, and banking products, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, maintain accurate records for audits, and prepare operational reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Operations.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
